Black Forest Stables, Inc. accepts VISA/Mastercard, cash, money orders/cashiers checks or personal checks. If paying by check, shipment will be made after check has cleared the banks.

Our products are shipped via Fed Ex Ground. Shipping and handling charges will be determined upon order. (For a saddle order, the average shipping charge is $35-$40.) In areas that do not offer Fed Ex service or if expedited shipping is requested, shipment will be made by best insured service available, and may carry additional charges. Packaging, package list and product must be immediately inspected upon arrival. Any discrepancy or damage due to shipping must be immediately reported to the shipping company and to Black Forest Stables, Inc.
When ordering, please provide your street address, as FedEx does not deliver to PO boxes.
We are often asked if we have a Demo Program. Our demo policy is as follows: we ship a new saddle and requested accessories to you, and you have 7 days from receipt of the product to be sure it works for you and your horse. In the event that you need to return the items, simply notify us for a Return Authorization number, and ship the items back to us via an insured shipping method, for credit of your purchase price less initial shipping/handling charges. The items should be clean and in like-new condition. This demo method works well for ourselves and for our customers, since the vast majority of our customers *love* their saddles from day 1! This way there is no hassle of sending back a demo and awaiting your own saddle.
When purchasing product(s) from Black Forest Stables, Inc., you are allowed 7 calendar days from date of receipt of the product(s) for notification of return. Please contact Black Forest Stables, Inc. at email@example.com or 425-255-6060 within 7 days of receipt to discuss any fitting problems or other issues you may encounter with your new saddle – we are here to help, and 99% of the time a solution can be found so that you and your horse will experience this ultimate comfort of the Black Forest treeless saddles. If it is decided that the suggestions offered will still not result in a fit, we will provide you a Return Authorization Number. Using this number, return the clean saddle for exchange or refund. We stress that a full item refund can only be given if the saddle and/or accessories are clean, hair-free, and show only minimal evidence of use. Refunds cover the purchase price of the item; they do not cover any shipping & handling charges. Please return the items through a trackable, insured shipment method. (We recommend Fed Ex.) Notification after 7 days – or failure to try suggested solutions to create the ultimate fit – may not be accepted and/or may incur a restocking fee. All refunds will be processed within 8-10 business days of receipt at our end, and depending on your bank may take up to 21 days to post back to your account.

Terms and Conditions
Black Forest products are offered to you conditioned upon your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Use of Black Forest products implies acceptance of all such terms, conditions and notices.
Black Forest saddles carry a 12-month warranty from date of purchase on workmanship, and Synthetic saddles carry a 90 day warranty. Damage resulting from misuse or neglect of the product is not covered under this warranty. Cosmetic and appearance changes to the natural leather products are a fact of nature and are not covered under this warranty. No additional warranties apply, whether implied or other.
The sole and exclusive obligation of Black Forest Stables, Inc. shall be to accept return of product in the manner and for the period provided above.
Limitation of Liability
Equestrian activities can be extremely enjoyable, but also dangerous. In no event shall Black Forest Stables, Inc. be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of its product(s). Buyer assumes all risks and liability from use of product(s).
Black Forest Stables, Inc. reserves the right to change the terms, prices, conditions and notices under which their products are offered. Black Forest Stables, Inc. is not responsible for any misprints or misrepresentation on their publications, including but not limited to advertisement, brochures, verbal and e-mail communications and website.
